The Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants (MNCPA) is a not-for-profit professional
organization. Since 1904, we have offered services and professional development for CPAs and

American Institute of CPAs

The AICPA’s mission is to provide members with the resources, information, leadership and tools
that enable them to provide valuable services to benefit the public as well as employers and clients.

The main responsibility of the Secretary of State office include overseeing statewide elections;
the review, approval, and filing for all businesses and organizations operating in the state; and
administering the state's address confidentiality program to help protect those who fear for
their safety.

States. The department manages and enforces the reporting, payment, and receipt of state taxes.
